why don't you want her to come? How would you feel if you were the one left out, or you made plans to go and then your friend's all just turn around and say you can't come now because they don't want you there. Just let her come, its no biggie if she does is it, and besides, its a public place, she doesn't need your permission to go ice-skating if she wants to. No one deserves to feel like the odd one out, don't be so cruel that you'll do that to one of your friends. You were the ones who obviously made the mistake of talking about going as a group around her, she's part of that group so it's only natural she would assume she's going as well, don't hurt her feeling unnecessarily for a day ice skating

If you and your other friends, do not want to be friends with her, you will have to tell her. If you just do not want her to go ice-skating with you, that is a rough one. Why is everyone leaving her out? If you are ice-skating in a public place, there is not much you can do to stop her.

Why can't she come? - just let her come and talk behind her back another time. She classes you as a friend and she classes the whole group as her friends. You even classed her as your friend.
If you don't like her anymore, tell her not to come but the worst thing you can do and condone, is to let her go ice - skating with you then make her feel awkward and unwanted when she gets there.
So, make up your mind, do you like her or not?

I think you need to tell us if shes not invited coz you guys are sick of her and dont want her around anymore or if theres another reason?
If ye just want to end the friendship you'll have to tell her - its very hurtfull for her to hear about the plans you guys have made and then not to include her.
if its a case of just not wanting her on a particular night - then you need to explain why you dont want her there.
xx

Well first of all, that is a bit rude to call her your friend and then try to tell her she cannot skate with you and your other 'friends'. I understand that maybe you have different friends who do not know eachother but do not exclude her. You'll loose a friend.

If she's really your friend, why would you want to exclude her?
That sounds really petty and cruel to me.
How would you feel if it was you? All your friends but you are going out somewhere and you've not been invited?

You say that one friend was not invited. You and your shallow friends are not worth spending time with, tell her that!
