I just finished the book a while ago. I would say that's it's a very good book, but I am in a rut when it comes to understanding the final chapter.

Wikipedia says that Charlie was molested by his aunt, but I do not see how the conclusion is made from the text. Could you please explain it to me?

Ok, It's been a while since I read the book - but I believe the conclusion begins when Sam is with Charlie in the bedroom and starts trying to do things with him and puts her hand in his pants. See, his aunt used to molest him and that caused a repressed flashback, which can often be related to post dramatic stress syndrome - often experienced by rape victims.

After that it's a pretty straight-forward sort of ending. =/

As Thomas T said. Repression is a common defense mechanism. Since Charlie was afraid of what might happen, he repressed the memory...
