i thinks thats a load of rubbish. Condoms are made to fit anyone. If they have a short penis they just wont roll it down as much. I bet there are loads of english white men smaller than them. I cant see BBC News broadcasting that either. i think somebody is winding you up!

No, it is not true, you can fit an entire wog into a standard condom, including his turban, as for wog trannies, I imagine it is the same
