I saw a woman wearing a two peice bussiness suit the other day, but I notice one thing was missing on her, she was not wearing any pantyhose or stocking, if a man wearing a suit without any sock, he would probably kick out of his office by his boss.

Because women today think looking like a slob is "in" I however, feel differently. Bare legs are unprofessional. I wear hose every day - not only do I like the look hosiery gives, but the comfort and support as well. And to tell you a little secret, I get more looks at my "L'eggs" than my bare legged counter parts. :-)

It's actually becoming more socially acceptable for women to wear skirts without pantyhose or stockings in the workplace. Here in Florida, where it is often hot and very humid, it's quite common....to the point where it is rare to see a woman in a business suit wearing pantyhose.
The greater acceptance of no pantyhose in the workplace is leading to a downturn in stock prices for companies that produce pantyhose.

Because they are tacky and ignorant, and probably complain why they can't get ahead of the men. Men, especially in sales are nearly always impeccably dresses, not only suit and tie, but shoes and socks and shoes. Most women seem to be sloppy about it. Stockings are not uncomfortable and are very classy looking, but you can't buy them in the drug store.
You have to be like the men, and spend a small fortune on top quality brands, and be prepared to maybe only get one day out of them, but it is worth it. Mes will spend $5.00 a day on shirt laundering and shoe polishing and not blink, yet some women will not spend $12.00 on a great pair of hosiery that cover 40% of their visible body during the work day, yet they will swoon over a time jewel in a pair of earrings, that will barely be seen by business associates.

Personally I like the feeling of bare legs. I rarely do wear skirts and when I do I try to wear them in the spring or summer so I can avoid pantyhose. LOL, I really hate pantyhose.

I often ask myself the same question.
It looks so incomplete and sloppy. Especially on a business suit.
Ladies, please know that blotchly bare legs are not sexy. It is rare to find a woman's bare legs looking as good as if in nylons. Granted, there are some that look good bare, but few. And when it is cold, it looks worse. Red blotches vs sheer sheen of nylon clad legs? I'll choose the woman in nylons.
Sorry to those that hate to hear this, but this is one man's opinion.
Thank God for freedom of choice, right? :)

It's perfectly fine with me. She doesn't have to wear any hose or stockings, if she hates it or feels uncomfortable wearing it. I wonder where did you see this woman who was barelegged? I rarely see ladies bare feet & ankles in high heel pumps wearing a business suit, but it looks sexier.

b/c its sexxxxi. lol. j/k. b/c sum ppl dont like to wear stockings b/c they're irritable and thry want to be comforttable. ppl dont wear tights as much these days neway.
