No. I'm not a wimp either. Get tough where you're at, stand up for yourself, or get another job.

We have a strict dresscode, but it doesn't really infringe personal rights (even though we just got this new rule that earrings aren't allowed anymore, which is kind of annoying, but I don't think anyone actually follows it anyway lol)

Nope, I'm very happy, I can wear what I like. But still, I have to be practical. I can't just wear jeans and a t-shirt! I wear tough trousers, a shirt, a fleece and a body-warmer, cos I work outside in the glasshouse alot. Everyone else in the office has to wear a proper shirt, i get away with a t-shirt cos I'm always getting dirty!

No, but there are certain things we are not allowed to wear, like very short skirts, or shorts, or denim for example. They ask us to wear smart clothes, I prefer to wear a suit or smart trousers and a shirt, or something that looks office-like! I am not asked to cover my tattoos, but I choose to do so at work as I do not think it is necessary for everyone to see them all the time. The only one that is a little visible at times is one on my ankle, but no one has specifically told me to cover it up.

Yep.. they force us to wear court shoes.. heellllooooo my feet have the right to breath..

there are nice formal sandals that will look good with a nice tailored suit... and besides i dont waste 2hours a week doing some nice funky art on my toe nails just for them to be closed up in some silly pair of court shoes.. and also my two toe rings need to 'shine'... LOL

Nope. But I have heard that Baltimore PD is banning many hairstyles that are essential to natural African-American hair(meaning not relaxed or processed). like briads, dreads, etc, which is unfair because they don't interfere with anything and are giving people the option or relaxing or cutting hair or wear a wig of European/Asian/Native American hair to cover ot up because they believe it is just a fad when it is a necessity to many Black people who don't straighten their hair.

I have a topless female on my right calf. I had to stop wearing shorts where I used to work because of it....well I had to actually wear socks that could be pulled up over the boob part of her ;-)

My current job requires me to look professional, so that I don't mind too much.

How can they infringe your human rights? You do know you can quit your job right? the employer has every right to tell you what to wear and if you don't like it go find another job.

I have to take out my earrings and cover my tattoos. I even have to be clean shaved every day. Flipping sucks.

They make me wear handcuffs and leg shackles, and chain me to a wall.

Then they force me to seek out the most bizarre questions and answer them. And they only pay me in points, rather than money, which I could spend on something useful, like a hacksaw or a handcuff key.
