Not sure - but could be lemon mint

I've got some in my garden and when you brush past it, it smells like lemons - if it is this be careful - it grows like a good 'un and soon takes over!

It is citronella that deters most flying insects. You can use essential oil of citronella and buy candles which contain it. They all work.

lemon balm, I think. It's an herb and I have it in my garden. It also makes a lovely infusion tea that studies have shown may help to delay alzheimers

The plant is called "Citron". There is also a "mosquito plant" that does the same thing.
