My bet is that was the only bit of power you had in the relationship and perhaps over all it was the strength of the relationship. In other words all aspects of your relationship with her were negative but the sex was hot. Very common. Hate is a harsh word that will eat you up and block other opportunities in life. Resolve it and move on

hate is a strong word and i have found that if you 'hate' someone you are really not over them. once you are over her you wont care!
