You can watch a Hindi movie with your eyes, in a cinema hall or you also rent a Hindi VCD/DVD.

If you have DVD/VCD/ Video Player than you go to market and purchase CD/ casset of the movie which you like and see.
If there is any cable connection than ask with your cable operator to set the chennal of Hindi movies there are lot of hindi movie channels i.e. zee tv, zee cinema, starone etc....

with u r eyes...2 cry and see a movie.... ears....2 listen 2 dialogue..mostly songs...with mouth....by asking 4 others recommendation...by u r brain...2 understand hindi as well as english at the same time....with a bed...in case the movie is 2 boring....with popcorn and food...do i need 2 explain....

If you can wait for the entire movie to download the i suggest torrent files using bitcomet. You can use file sharing like limewire.
If u wanna quick watch try www.youtube.com
just type in the name of the movie if you are lucky u may watch the entire movie. You cant download in youtube.

you need not to be a rocket scientist to watch hindi movie. you can wathch a hindi movie as you watch movie in any other language.
but i will suggest you to take popcorn along.
