I have comunicated in the last 2 years yes. It has been a while since the last time but yes I have.
It was when I was at the local Jetty and I had a little chat. You'll find that alot of them have taken up residency in Atlantis territory because it means they have easy accomodation. that and they are charged to protect it. Occasionally you can come accross a smaller city or group away from the area but thats where many are at the moment.
