What's a good heat sealer i can buy (READ ON)?

The type that would bond plastic punched document pockets as shown in this link (if your still not sure) http://www.sidonia.com.mt/graphics/products/esselte/f1.jpg Bear in mind i would be using this at home for small projects and dont want some gigantic piece of machinery used for mass production in my room. Small and not too expensive please people. THANKS!

dont use the document pouches you linked unless they are guaranteed as laminator safe, there will be laminator pouches to suit available if you look for them.
