If a girl puts someone's name wrongly, i.e. she puts Boy A's name in the group presentation instead of Boy B, does it necessarily mean that she likes Boy A?

not necessarily, its very circumstancial, if u are thinking about Boy B in matters not relating to your heart then u might prompt his name instaed of boy A's,
but other might not see it that way and might be too willing to link u up with boy B
