ricinoleic = CH3(CH2)5CHOHCH2CH=CH(CH2)7COOH
oleic = CH3(CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)7COOH
linoleic = CH3-(CH2)4-(CH=CH-CH2)2-(CH2)6-COOH
lauric acid = iupac name dodecanoic = CH3(CH2)10COOH
myristic acid = tetradecanoic = CH3(CH2)12COOH
palmitic = hexadecanoic = CH3(CH2)14COOH
stearic = octadecanoic = CH3(CH2)16COOH

Castor oil is the triglyceride of several fatty acids, ricinoleic 87%,. oleic 7%, linoleic 3%, palmitic 2% and 1% stearic.
You have listed the formula of each of the fatty acid parts of the triglycerida, so I am not sure what you are asking for....
The backbone of a triglyceride is glycerol (C3H8O3)

The first one, ricinoleic acid, is complete. the formula for hydrocarbons is CnH(2n-2) where n=number of carbons

Ex: 18 C so n=18; 2(18)-2= 34

All fatty acids have -COOH group, but this is included in the C count, which is why you see O3

You can find the formulas for these at http://www.answers.com/linoleic%20acid

where the C and H content is calculated for you, and shows the acid group at the end. If you want to show it like the first example, add the C and the H of COOH group to the total

Or calculate by using above formula....
