i just googled it and wow this took me back. i was an ice cream boy on a Saturday..lol

It's by Harry Chapin, and I believe it is called WOLD. The initials are the call letters of the radio station in the song. If I remember, the verse goes:

I am the morning DJ at WOLD,
Playing all the hits for you wherever you may be;
The bright "good morning" voice that's heard, but never seen,
Feeling all of forty-five, going on fifteen.
