Actually I have made a relationship of brother-sister with a person. He is a very nice,caring,honest. I want to know whether he loves me as much as I love him,care for him.

If he watches out for you, like a older brother, then he wants to protect you from the world, and only trusts you with himself. A good brother also spoils and treats the sibling.
The only sure way is to ask him though. Make him feel like that you care deeply about him and the feelings will end up being mutual.
