A more appropriate question would be "What is your opinion on the death of Saddam?"

Phrasing the question as you have will skew the results as only those opposed to his hanging are likely to respond.

if there were any punishment(legal or not) more severe than the capital punishhment metted out on Sadam i would have said cool. Saddam deserves the worst punishment but i dont think the death sentence was severe enough for some1 who has killed and buried alive a lot of his own people.

Having said that i really do not support the death sentence no matter the circumstance. At the end of the day that person dies and i dont think in death anybody suffers. One should be made to pay for the wrong he's commited whilst living.

I feel that the official sanction of the hanging of Saddam & the manner in which it was conducted are outrageous. It is not a question of semantics, but a statement of how barbarisms continue regardless of the principles of international law and humanity.
A good portion of the member nations of the UN prohibit capital punishment and the war crimes of the occupying US forces are being ignored. 'History is always written by the victors' helps explain the double standards of this case.

The Saddam's execution, wasn't illegal at all, because a judge condemned him to be executed by hanging.
I don't care about Saddam Hussein and about what he did, but we all know the difference between Justice and Revenge.

For thousands of years Iraq has been occupied by three tribes Shite, Sunni, and Kurds. Saddam didn't kill his own people it was tribal warfare that we the U.S. should have kept our noses out of !!!
As for his hanging that was tasteless

He actually deserved much worse. I'll settle for death by hanging though.
