I would wave a magic lantern which makes everyone friendly, unselfish, honest and hard working.

Change the school systems
Change the prison systems
Change the police departments
Build more hospitals and less prisons
Make it impossible for a "miscount/recount" to happen in a presidential election
Build more low-income housing, and housing for the homeless
Make sure that no US citizen goes hungry--before feeding all the other countries

Stop all emigration,If people stayed in the country to witch they were borne there would be no race arguments,no wars,No white gangs no black gangs wanting to kill each other because they are diff rent colors,There would be no racism because we would all be the same!!!
