I keep geting denied Disability. I have a cracked hip, broken knee, two broken ribs, two ribs that pop out of the socket, chronic sinusitous, chronic depression, and I've been through two cancers. I almost went thru brain surgery twice. And I'm only 36.

It might, but it sounds like you'd be better off getting an attorney to help you. I assume you've been to many doctors about all these things. Are you sure that they ALL submitted the medical records to the disability people? You should talk to an attorney that specializes in disability denials.

I think it's eaiser to get disability for mental illness than for physical ailments. I was hospitalized 4 times for bi-polar and I got approved for disability the first time I tried.

No, being committed does not guarantee you disability.

There's no job whatsoever you can do? Sit behind a desk part-time?

Being committed doesn't guarantee disability payments. Some people use this to defraud the government.

And you do not qualify for disability or SSI? Thats bull. I got disability and I had mild depression.
