It may simply be a strain due to the activities you have been doing. I think I would see a physio and and get treatment for it. In the mean time perhaps try a gel rub. You can buy gel that is natural based that is designed to help strained joints. The physio should be able to tell you if they think there is a more serious problem and you should see a doctor. If you do need to rest it then that is the best thing. It will be upsetting not to be able to participate in your cheerleading but if you dont rest the joint when told to you can end up doing further damage and then be excluded from the thing you love forever.
The physio will also tell you how to strap the wrist if you do have to tumble.

It is most likely tendonitis. I have had the same experience in the past. It started when I was a young cheerleader as well. Nothing to do except rest it. Since that's not possible for you right now, an elastic wrist guard with a metal bar running down the palm side will help immobilize it until you have to cheer. Wear it at all times. You can likely get it at walgreens. Also Nsaids could help with the inflammation. A common one is aleve or motrin.

without understanding what exams have been executed, and what their effects are...and while not having examined your daughter, it fairly is impossible to take a position on what this could be. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) might reason the discomfort you're describing, yet so can different illnesses and stipulations. issues like carpal tunnel syndrome might reason significant wrist discomfort, tendinitis, bursitis, ganglion cysts, bone spurs, lupus erythematosis, or maybe purely overuse syndrome (repetitive injuries from enjoying on a working laptop or computing device/video game, typing, enjoying a musical device, activities). i could wait and see what the rheumatologist says and discover out what all of the exams coach. the only thank you to verify some issues, is by using ruling out each thing else. while you're actually not happy after seeing the rheumatologist returned, then specific, actually get a 2d opinion.

probably you are practicing with out getting warm.
You can put some warm water ( very warn but you can resist ) in something then put your wrist , move slowly and do some massages.
I hope you are not injure is your wrist swalling too? then you better see a doctor, ifyou can move your fingers and yoru hand with no problem then keep moving and massaging, in this wamr water.
Next time you practice use this creams that athels use for your muscles around your wrist.
Make sure ou can move it everything with out not much pain other wise you need to see a doctor.
what your mother says?
again keep it warm and some massagues and slow moves, you need to get blood moving so can get better.

Find a Bowen Therapist - they are good at wrists. Or email me, and i'll see what i can do from a distance.

Once you injure a wrist it is very easy to hurt it again. It is really important to completely rest it until it gets better.

Carpel tunnel. Wrap in hot and cold pressure don't do any flips with your hand at all for a while. Swelling take Advil or Motrin you'll probably need to do this for the anti inflammatory if you are allowed to take it.
