frequency does not change as there is no change in frequency of an electromagnetic wave when it passes from one medium to another.
only its wavelength and speed changes

Again, the frequency does not change. Energy being transferred in any medium never changes its frequency. What got change is the wave-length of the light, which produces the slower speed. As why that is, well, we will have to get into dual properties of light, which would inevitably lead to quantum physics. Let's stay away from that.

You must remember that the speed of light (or any form of electromagnetic radiation, such as UV light) is a constant, but ONLY when it is in a vacuum. Glass is NOT a vacuum. The UV light slows down because of this.

What is more interesting is why or how does it speed up when it gets through the glass back into a vacuum (or air)??? Think about THAT!!!

THE FREQUENCY DOES NOT CHANGE.

Remeber tis very important if you study physics

What CHANGE IS THE SPEED of the light which is divided by n , index of refraction.

This is true for all electromagnetic waves (light, NMR, radio-frequencies)

easy travels at its familiar velocity, 3*10^8 m/s in a vacuum. For all different media, velocity of light in that media = velocity of light in vacuum / refractive index of that medium. So easy travels quickest whilst refractive index is smallest. Refractive index of air = a million.003, water = a million.33, glass = a million.5. i'm uncertain approximately plastic besides the undeniable fact that it fairly is fairly better than air's, so air.

I think someone is being mean to you because UV can't travel through glass - hence why you cant get sunburnt under windows. We have to use quartz vials to measure UV spectra for that reason

it doesn change!! lol only the speed changes because the source is still the same
