If its just the window screen, and the frame is fine, you just need a new screen, spine, and spine roller- all sold at your local hardware store. Step 1. Remove the old screen and spine, discard. Step 2. Situate the new screen over the frame, ensuring it is taut. Step 3 Use the spine roller to feed the spine into the groove in the frame, keeping the new screen tight. Step 4. Once the spine is fed into the frame, cut all excess off.
If you need a new screen and frame, there are do it yourself kits that are sold, the only other tool you'll need would be a hacksaw.

most local Ace Hardware or local glass shops can re-screen for a small fee.. You'd need to buy screen, and tools to do it. If you own a screen roller then do it yourself, Otherwise save the $5.00 on the tool and have someone else do it for a few more bucks.,
