How do I move files around on my iPod?

I downloaded some podcasts but they are in my music folder. How do I move them to the podcasts folder in iTunes? I tried a simple drag and drop but it didn't work.

i-Pods are an absolute dog to use, you can't, only Creative mp3 players can drag and drop because they are windows compatible.
