pictures emo kids take. that must be either
how to
1.look either up or to the side. NEVER look directly at the camera
2.no smiling is allowed under any circumstances
3.usually the person takes their picture themselves.
4.from the upper right or left hand corner where you can barely see your face.
5.get a side part and have it cover half you face.
6.you can also try mirror pictures of yourself holding the camera. those work too. Be sure to look like you are completly depressed.

I am old...but I believe an emo is short for a type of person ---short for emotional(I believe) . Kinda depressed people who like to cut themselves, etc. No, I'm not making this up! (and i may be a little wrong on this one).

an emo is simply a person who hates life, some one who is very depressed and angry with the whole world..
someone who listens to bands like my chemical romance or coheed and cambria(which are considered emo bands also).. they stay away from the hiphop scene cuz they have their own goth punk rock theme going on..
emo people even have the same hair..usually jet black with many piercings everywhere..
oh and most of them are cutters..
but theres more to them than you think

emo is short for emotive. It is a genre of music that is rather droll and dark. Usually about depression, suicide, the world hates me, my life sucks, etc. A lot of youth listen to it and it has also inspired a type of dress code which is kinda a dreary gothic look. Most emo's are rich spoilt brats and are also into cutting themselves and they do a lot of moaning and whinging.

its short for emotional music.
those crazy young kids think that music has never been emotional up till now.
its a marketing tool tricking kids into thinking that they have a type of music which suits them both musically and fashionably.
the truth is that its another version of electronic (Think gary numan looking fans) THEN goth and now emo.
it'll be dead in a couple of years once the emo bands have earnt their money and F*ck off back to surburbia.
