Factor to the prime numbers
Start repeatedly dividing by prime numbers in order, until you get a nonzero remainder.
Then undo the last division and start with the next prime number.
372/2=186
186/2=93 (93 is odd so go to next prime)
93/3=31
31 is prime.
so 372 = 2*2*3*31
One, 372 and all the multiplied out combinations of these primes would be all the of the integral positive divisors.
1,372,2,3,31,4,6,62,12,124,186,
93

A divisor is any number that divides evenly into 372 without leaving a remander. So for example 186 is a divisor, because it goes in twice.

You could go through every number up to 186 and see which ones divide in evenly. You could also find out what the prime factors of the number are and work out a list of divisors using that.

First you divide by the least possible prime and then keep on
that gives you
2 x 186= 2x2x93=2x2x3x31.
Then you pick up all the combinations in (1,2,4) (1,3)(1,31) and multiply. That's going to gve you 12 divisors including 1 and 372.
