I am married since 1 year, and do not have any kids. I had a bad marrige all through the year, and my wife finally left my house. But till now none of us have talked about divorce. We are out of touch since 3-4 months now. I have found a partner after my marrige broke, and i want to marry her. Is it neccessary to get divorced before i go for second marrige? Can any one advice me something what to do? Its better if someone can give me legal point of view.

OF COURSE its neccessary to divorce before your
remarry.
You must speak yo your wife and tell her what you
want - or get a solicitor to send a letter filing for a
divorce.
BUT WHY the need to marry? Two wives in a year!
You need to step back. Look at yourself, and ask is this
is what you really want. Because if I was your new conquest
I would be rather worried that I was with a man that had only
been married a few months and was ready to commit himself
forever into a new marriage. Don,t let your heart rule your head!

Your name is princess and your wife left you????? Yes you need to get a divorce and only knowing someone for 3-4 months is lining your self up for divorce #2.

Yes, you must be divorced before you get remarried. However, most states have a "no fault divorce,"in order to qualify, youmust have been seperated for at least a year and you cannot locate your spouse, not that you would want to, its just a stipulation.

U cannot marry another woman while u r married to one unless the laws of ur religion permit u and r recognised by the country of ur domicile.
