ok i have met her online but i dont know how to tell if she cares...we both email each other and we talk on the phone. She broke up with her gf 3 months ago and i just broke up with ine like a month ago. Plus how do i tell her that i'm interested in her?

Well....when you have talked to her online or on the phone, have you two ever discussed liking each other in that way? If not, then when you two are talking (either way).....ask her if she would be willing to meet you and do something. If she agrees and you guys meet up then you will know if there is real chemistry there. If not then move on....it's not like you've known her in person. Good thing she lives by you or else it would have been a waste of time. Long distance computer relationships would have cost ya a lot of money. Good Luck!! :)
