Yes, but not more than 4 days in a row; that might justify promiscuity in the husband because it is inconsiderate to make him wait so long. If you are on your period, that does not count for your 4 days. However, both spouses SHOULD have the right to enjoy each other in full (emotionally and physically). That is part of the agreement upon marriage. To immaturely deny a man to fulfill his physical needs is selfish and rude (unless she really has a reason).
