Americans cannot understand the rules and have never learned the art of bowling. They are renowned chuckers!
Europeans don;t like anything English so they don't bothert to learn it

Cause its a pathetic excuse for a sport where you can be a smoking alcoholic with a pot belly and still be at the top of your game and its incredibly painful to watch, and besides the Europeans have their Football and the Americas have baseball where there is atleast the occasional all imbrawl.

The Americans would not be world champions so they have no interest.
As for European countries, most were never part of the British Empire or the Commonwealth, unlike the likes of India, Australia, New Zealand, West Indies, etc.
