what has happened to incredimail since ie 7 has been running. Does any one know how to fix it?

I have had incredimail for years now. However since ie7, the ***** thing will not work. I have tried uni installing it. However now it will not download again. I am about to throw the computer out of the window.

Thank you to you both for answering. Unfortunately I had already done what you have both said. It comes up with a scriping error. I also saw the update message by incredimail, and I was too busy. My god I wish I had b***** done it now. LOL

Not sure I can help other than to say I run I.E.7 AND INCREDIMAIL at the same time without issues. Maybe a problem with your installation of i.e.7?

Try uninstalling THAT and then download and install Incredimail again and then upgrade again...

I also use Incredimail, and a few weeks ago I got a pop-up message from them saying something like soon there will be a windows update issued for IE7. To ensure that your Incredimail continues to work, please download this update now, so you wont have problems when IE7 arrives. (or something similar). Incredimail did issue their own patch so the new IE7 wouldnt effect its running, have you tried searching for an update? either that or reinstalling. When you uninstalled, you did uninstall through Add/Remove Programs, didnt you? Try cleaning up your hard drive in case there was something of the application left behind, then trying again. CCleaner should do the trick.

You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customisable to suit your needs and no problems.
