Develop a sense of value. Develop a tender heart towards the disabled, the poor, the underprivileged etc. and take resolve to use all that you acquire as a student for the betterment of them. Let you be the vehicle of God's compassion for them.

students should not withold their abilities in their pursuit for success. they should learn to take initiative and give their best in whatever situation they are made to face. they should learn to adapt - be patient and persevere. as students are taught in school, they should not only pick up the objective knowledge but they must also learn to think - think in a sense that they could be objective, crtical minded and formulate their own opinions.

aside from academics, they must also pay attention to the fact that there are things to be learned beyond the school grounds. that means, they learn to be practical also through the lessons outside school.

they must also realize that they always have room to improve. they should challenge themselves to do better. the status they achieve is not necessarily a fixed setting. things change. that's why they should pursue their own improvement but be realistic about it. they could expect more of themselves but not too much to the point that they do themselves much harm by pressuring themselves with their own expectations.
