yes.. i have a friend who cant get out of bed when her period's about to come.. and cant even move during.. but if she is really in pain, maybe you can tell her to go see an obgyn.. she may be having some problems with her uterus..

That can be possible.
She's just really miserable, give her a break.
Since you don't have to go through PMS and child labor, the least thing you can do is try to comfort her during this time.

it can be but normally its just your lower abdomen and you lower back.....people can throw up from the pain.....its pretty bad
