i found a spyware and it won't let me quarntine or delete it any ideas how to remove it and i have anti spyware and a antivirus program from cox communication

the best way i found to remove hijackers and keep them from changing the home page is to use (WEBROOT SPYSWEEPER) you have to buy it about $39. at walmart, it has a home page locker, if any thing trys to change your home page it gets blocked then it promos you for a Acton also you can set it to scan automatically and you can turn on auto update/ it has a few other sheilds that i find very usefull.

boot ur computer on safemode and run a full system scan and remove all the virusees . try disablin ur system restore .
i use avg anti spyware its very good
