I might say Jesus, but he was more than a philosopher. Actually, I have no real favorites, but if you look closely, you see that Jesus was many things, including a philosopher for man's life, soul, and way of living. I think he brought a great deal of humanity to the world in that he elevated man's respect and compassion towards others as opposed to being barbaric.

Take the gladiator shows of the Romans, for example. That was the barbarism they had then. For someone to be that strong and influential in the lives of so many and for such good (if you exclude the fact that he was the Son of God), he must be the ultimate philosopher.

Anyone who tries to understand ancient philosophers and builds upon their work, that is a perfect philosopher. Mainly because they desire for contemplaion of the unexplained to continue and try to provoke it.

No one, because nobody could ever be that perfect. There would always a subject which a philosopher has overlooked due to his being more enamored by other ones.

The perfect philosopher would not believe in the existence of perfection or consistency. He would love to deal with everything imperfect and inconsistent.

From what I have read of most philosophers they all seemed to be quite mad. So I don't believe that there are any perfect philosophers.

Let us go to the root of the work Philosopher

Phil - Love; Osop - Knowledge

So a perfect philosopher is one who loves to keep increasing his knowledge. Incresing knowledge either by discussions, reading, listening, thinking.....whatever....but has that compassion to keep increasing his knowledge all the time.
