Make sure you are well hydrated, taking a supplement with iron, and grab that heating pad. I feel so bad for you, mine are on the painful side, too. A bit of chocolate never hurts. :) Oh yes, and don't let me forget the Premysyn PMS (it's over the counter)...it's the most effective OTC period reliever I have ever used. I usually go fetal (in the position) for a bit while hugged up to the heating pad, for some reason it's the most comfortable spot for me.
I certainly hope you get to feeling better, I know it's not a walk in the park. Take care. :)

I've met individuals who consider PMS is a fable - individuals of bothh sexes. Yes, a few individuals like to exploit the concentration or the excues it offers them for quite a lot of forms of behaviour. But it is a truly ample criticism. I consider individuals who deny it are simply talking from a role of lack of information. They most likely have now not suffered from it. A lot of the factors of PMS predicament nutrition and tradition, which isn't to mention that because of this in case you undergo PMS it is all of your possess fault! There are a quantity of elements of ultra-modern dwelling which make it fairly tough to be nutritionally as much as scratch. When individuals do be trained approximately the dietary factors they fairly in general consider that one product goes to therapy it, e.g. taking diet B or Evening Primrose oil. These would possibly good aid, however a extra holistic view is wanted. There's additionally a strand of considering that a few of PMS is fairly empowering. The time main as much as your interval is usually a time of additional power and vigour. If that spills over into irritability or aggression it's going to in part be owing on your lifestyles circumdstances being too irritating! I have a few sympathy for that view. But whatever greater than a moderate expand in power and irritability mainly aspects to dietary factors. The Koi Sahn of the Kalahari desolate tract (bush individuals) used not to undergo from PMS consistent with whatever I learn.

Take a warm bath, as warm as you can focusing on soaking where your cramps hurt. Or if you have a heating pad or hot water bottle(filled with water as warm as you can stand it) ...put it where the cramps are ...you may also want to take something for the cramps midol or something of the same nature like ibuprofen.

Use Midol or Pamprin. They work like a charm. Drink a lot of water, too.

midol, a hot shower and a bit of chocolate.
OR advil, take about 3 of those, they help slow the bleeding too.
Don't take the advil and midol at the same time.

I also use midol and a heating pad.
And then I go to rubbing my stomach because my mother used to do that to me when I had stomach aches and it works wonders.

Put a hot-compress on your lower abs, it really works. Go to bed and relax. Good luck.
