Yes, it can be done and is done quite often.

There is no problem, just install it.

Yes, just install them both. Although since Microsoft owns Explorer and wants you to use it with their system, it is probably best to keep it as the default browser. But you don't have to run it. Just click on the Netscape icon that it will install on your desktop. Download from there website. Netscape seems to be faster and easier to use then IE.

There should be no conflicts installing both on your computer.
Be sure to check or uncheck the one you want to be your default browser.
I am running Internet Explorer and Mozilla 1.7 (Netscape is Mozilla based) on my computer with I.E. as the default.
