I didn't cheat my husband. He was the one who had been cheating me all this time. At least 3 times we have had the confrontation regarding his relationship on 3 different women. My kids are very close to him that I am afraid they will be gratly affected in case of a separation. However, he still continues to be aloft dispite all my efforts. Now I myself is getting tired and is contemplating for an annulment. Now he is getting smarter that so difficult to establish proof on his latest monkey business but his attitude tells me that he is still on it. Will that be a ground for annulment? Divorce is not an option is this country.Will I get a full financial support for my 3 kids in case the marriage annulled?

You need to ask someone in the legal profession in your country about some of your questions. But as far as winning his affections... i don't think you had them to begin with or he wouldn't of been cheating so much. This man wants to have his cake and eat it to so to speak. Don't ever tolerate such non-sense! It will cost you- your self esteem in the end. The kids will be OK as long as they get to spend plenty of time with both of you. You can be friendly toward this man for the sake of the kids, but for goodness sakes don't tolerate his cheating. Having a man in your bed who has also been laying with someone else.... that is sick and he could give you some disease in the end even. Think about what this is teaching your children. Sons will think it is OK to cheat, and daughters will think it is OK if a man cheats on you. Bottom line... you deserve better !

If he lost that lovin' feelin'? Then it is gone, gone, gone as the song says. Leave him alone and get on with your life. If you left him then why would he want to set himself up living on hope that you don't do it to him again. If he left you then he does not want to be with you, simple as.
Question, do you want him back simply because you don't want him to be with someone else? Or, are you finding single life requires independence and self reliance?
Your question is about 'winning' so you have already lost. Start working on making yourself happy and let him be, he is not a trophy, he is a person with feelings just like you.

well if the feeling is love is lost like that, coz something is wrong with you or you did something very wrong the whole idea to win back affection is wrong especially if your estranged move on theres plenty of affectionate men out there, life is too short to waste time on winning someones love back, love cost nothing ,how much does it cost you then? Maybe your estranged husband is gettn his affection from a stranger & is nocking back yours??

anyone can be won back, unless they are in a relationship with someone else that is. just make changes in yourself, and resolve the problems u had, but it takes two people to reconcile, if one doesn't want to than u can't do it.
