I have around 30 comic books that i bought new around 1985. I had a friends who worked in a comic store, so he helped me pick up some that he thought would be worth something in the future. The are all in mint condition, (have been in the plactic cover ext.) I want to get cash for them easily, but I am not desperate for the cash so that i have to take a very bad deal. Any suggestions?

An establish dealer or conisgnment seller. E-bay, Amazon and such will not get you a fair market value.
But remember, by the time people started buying for "value" in the 80's and later, everyone was doing it. There a ton of the same books you trying to sell out there in mint condition so don't think you are going to make a lot of money.

1985?
Good luck. The market is flooded with books from that era. Everybody has 'em. Everybody's trying to sell 'em. There are about five key issues and the rest is glut.

On 1/18/07, eBay has a 20 cent listing fee special for one day only. You can also post them to rec.arts.comics.marketplace (usenet) and see if you can fish some buyers.
