In our universe Earth has the only life but in other parallel universes there could be life. Also Scientist have been studying mars and I think they said they found foot prints and water which could be sign of life on Mars. The chances of life out of more than a billion galaxies should be great but we haven't discovered them yet.

That is a question for which there is no answer yet. We are certainly eagerly searching for evidence of it, but are having a hard time coming up with it so far. But then, we have been limited to exploring only 3 worlds (Earth, Moon, and Mars), which isn't exactly a large sample.

Generally speaking it certainly seems likely that life exists elsewhere in the universe and even in our own galaxy. We have as yet no proof of such a thing however.

No one knows for sure if there is other life in our universe. Scientists believe that there is other life out there but it may just be microbes. The real search is for intelligent life. Recently scientists discovered that life on Earth likely began deep in the ocean near hydrothermal vents on the sea floor. This discovery has led them to believe that life may exist in an ocean under the thick ice of Jupiter's Europa.

Not that we know about.
But, given the right conditions, life is inevitable. Life is a series of complex chemical reactions. As to whether it would rise to our level, or remain at the level of slime or the dinosaurs is debatable.
