I want to have a program that changes my IP address, like the "Hide IP Platinum" program. But a free download. Its not for anything weird, just to trick the ABC website to think I live in the US so that we can watch the full length episodes online. Thank you!

If you want a new IP address (if your ISP supplies a static IP address) then you would call your ISP and request a new one, then pay a fee if possible. If your ISP provides a dynamic IP address for you, disconnect from the Internet then connect again. If neither of those options have helped you, then your looking to spoof your IP address, and usually this ends up going to illegal territory, regardless search google for how to spoof my IP address. FYI, you will be only able to send packets out of your connection with your spoofed IP address...
