Dave Chapelle hands down!! He has branched from the def jam style comedians. kept true to his style. Says whatever he wants. And keeps a genuine likability about his self"witch is really hard to do as a comedian. Carlos Mencia I good in the sence he tells it like it is, But hes pretty one dimensional. but its a great one!! I know Richard Pryor is old school. R.I.P but when i would watch him, i would be crying laughing for the whole show, you know that painful red in the face stuff where you almost hope he stops being funny before you die laughing.
Ow yes Jim Gaffagan. I have only seen him like 2 times. and he is funny in crazy way. I Love when he acts like he is reading the crowds mind.

Jeff Foxworthy has been very funny for a long time. For the last decade, he's my pick.
More recently, I'm torn between Carlos Mencia and Donald Trump. Both men are funny because they're not afraid to say what's on there mind.

i love lee mack (the guy from the sketch show)
you should check out his gig 'live at the apollo' on you tube, it's really good! there's 3 parts to it but it's definitely worth it.
and i also love pablo fransisco. i haven't seen much of his stuff, but he does this scene where he imitates the movie voice over guy. check it out on you tube as well. he's so talented. it'll be under pablo fransisco movie voice or trailer. it's so funny!
and i also love dave hughes. he's an aussie comedian. he's just a great all-round funny guy. there's probably some of his best stuff on you tube but i haven't looked him up.
