In general I like longish hair, but I have seen some very cute short cuts also. I think that like with most things having to do with fashion attitude has a lot to do with it. If a woman has a style that suits her and she looks confident, that's sexy.

I like different hair for different women. Blonde smooth women look good with any cutt. If you have rich dark hair it should be long kept. Nothing is more sexy then long black hair!! When Angelina Joli has her hair down. and she is not caked with make up, nothing could be more pretty
