Don't loose hope yaar, there are several treatments are available depends on your type of cancer i think we can ask best treatment in yahoo answer and how much its cost.
And most important thing tell your parents about your cancer see their condition are they able to take this news you decide and then take the action.

I am very sorry to read that. Nobody can judge your situation. you are the best judge. In what stage is the cancer. If it is in initial stage you can stop it there itself but if it is in last stage you should tell to your parents now. May God help you.
