Tammy,
Treating Urine damaged carpet and furniture is how I make my living, so trust me on this one. First off, If you can afford to, call a carpet and furniture cleaner. Cleaning furniture with suede material can be tricky and could ruin the material if you are not careful. Hiring someone could be expensive due to the material. I would expect to pay $150.00 to $200.00. If you can not afford to hire someone, here are some tips that you can follow.

If the child had the accident on one of the cushions, remove the padding from the material. You will want to try to rinse out as much of the urine as you can. You can do this with a spray bottle of water and a shop vac. Do not over soak the area unless you know that the material is a synthetic material and that the colors are set. You then need to buy a enzyme cleaning product. Natures Miracle is a good brand or contact a local carpet cleaners supply. Apply the enzymes to the material and the cushion. Make sure and apply enough to the cushion to soak in as far as the urine. You will need to wait a few days before putting the cushion back together. One thing about working with enzymes, is that sometimes the smell gets worse before it gets better, so expect that with the smell. Also, if the amount of urine is to much, you may have to replace the cushion, but should be able to save the material.
Hope this helps and Good Luck.

You should be able to shampoo it safely if it is just in the suede, but if the urine has soaked in the "stuffing" of the couch, you will never get the smell out.

I am assuming someone let his/her child take a nap on your couch. Live and learn. I learned the hard way too.

You should replace it and ban children who piss like a dog on everything from your home

Warm soap and water and a sponge and then keep your dog off of it.
