try ebay they have been selling them for the last few weeks i don't think there is a shop as such, they are usually given as prizes or raffled off for charity.

The pit crew are responsible for pit stops. There are quite a number of people involved in a pit stop: 2 people for each tyre change, one person in front and another at the back to lift the car up, and the lollypop man. Until last year there was also the fire extinguisher guy, but since refuelling was banned I am not sure if he is still present during the stop. As for their job, I think that the teams keep the same pit crew all throughout the season, which also including testing and simulation means that their hands are pretty much full. However, it is possible that the crew members have other jobs within the team, especially with the small teams whose budget is very limited (they can't afford to hire lots of people like the big teams do).

I'm not sure if the practice continues, but it was a bit of a tradition for the pit crews with some of the lesser teams to sell off their outfits at the last race of the season and use the money for a party. I remember it happening at Adelaide in 1991 and 1993, with a lot of spectators doing deals along the pit wall immediately after the race. They also sold small bits and pieces from the cars.
However, none of the major teams such as Ferrari, McLaren or Williams were involved in this deal-making.
