perhaps she has to much on her plate but doesn't want to complain or sound like she's nagging or being bitchy. try finding out whats pre occupying her the kids work chores and see if you can help out. maybe take her out and have more play times for the two of you. adults need love and affection and sometimes work and kids can take that away. keep that on the front burners always make sure there is time for you two.

Ask her if she you can both sit down and talk. Tell her you're a bit worried as she seems very preoccupied and is there anything making her unhappy?
You might not like the answer, but you can work through this, if you both want to.
Take the time to listen, act on what she says. Make sure you pick your moment wisely - not when she's watching her favourite tv show, for example, or the kids are around. Good luck.

Tell her you love her several times a day, tell her shes pretty, bring flowers home for her. Make her feel special. It could be you thats making her feel like crap. But just sit with her and talk to her. Be honest!
