I know a sad story beautiful man who is HIV positive in the industry. Materially he has a very satisfying life but in most other areas of his life he is bankrupt. He lives the ultimate example of selling yourself for material gain. He is the end result of the porn industry if a person stays in it long enough.
All I can do is to love those who come across my path and if I find that I cannot keep my judgments to myself about the lifestyle my friend has chosen I excuse myself from their life. This is not to say that I don't give an honest opinion but that I cannot change them or help them. They must learn the lesson themselves. All I can do is be patient and wait for them to hopefully come around. To be there for them when they have destroyed themselves and all their "friends" have abandoned them. Watching the slow destruction of those I love is hard but they are here to make their own mistakes and learn their own lessons. It is my responsibility to make the most of myself and emmulate love to them.

Secondly, how do you know it is bad for him/her? Not the life for me, I must confess, but there must be some people out there who enjoy it. The media likes to report on the bad side of what happens when you get involved, but hardly ever tells the other side of the story.
