Few basic rules:
1 Trust between both of you - leads to great bonding
2 Egos to be put behind your backs
3 Discuss issues before taking any big step either on
purchases or taking major decisions
4 Ensure that the spark of affection which was before
marriage continues
5 Always be ready to help out of the way
6.Do not compromise your freedom of thought
I think that should work.

Your bf being younger to you will not face any problem. If you both are serious about marriage, nothing can stop you. Only thing you should consider before marriage is that atleast one is an earning member. Money is very essential part and will be required during thick and thin times. In addition, TRUST for the spouse is essential in successful marriage.

Good luck and God bless you.

by understanding each other. by sacrifice - its an universal rule and is true each and every time - u have to give up something to gain something. to gain a long lasting relationship both of u have to accomodate each other and what this accomodation is changes from time to time and from progress of relationship phase to phase. Children will bring in different accomadation problems - parents, in laws, friends, jobs, will bring in more pressures. Age is no barrier especially a short time gap like 2.5 years. Its just impossible for both the spouses to be born on the same day so in every relationship somebody is younger or older. u shold be more confidant of ur relationship and feelings.

You have lasted long enough.Surge ahead--catch the bull by the horn. Before you finish counting ten present yourselves before your parents. If age difference has not prevented you from falling in love it willnot pose to be serious .Leave the rest to god.

first introduce each other to each own's family.
then, let they have some time to get used to
someone whom their daughter/son love.
lastly, you guys could get permission to engage.
Wish you the best luck, and parents will indeed
eventually give permission in the end.
When they can see how much you guys love
and respect for each other.

age should not even be a concern. As long as you stay in love with eachother, a relationship will last forever.

SMALL DIFFERENCE IN AGE IS NO PROBLEM FOR THE MARRIAGE NOW BETTER YOU ARRANGE THE MEETING OF BOTH THE FAMILY AND CONVEY THE DECISION OF YOU. I THINK THEY WILL APPRECIATE YOUR DECISION AND DO AGREE.
