The usual Lebanese way, through making it appear that both parties reached a solution which satisfies both.

Since none of the regional powers feel that they will not benefit from a civil war in Lebanon, the conflict should be resolved based on the usual conflict resolution rules perhaps through the mediation by a third, neutral party (as in peer mediation); or arbitration (enforced resolution by a neutral authority).

Theoretically the dispute will be over when one of the regional powers that is Iran & Syria on one side or United States and Europe on the other side end their dispute in a way or another.

Although theoretically there is not enough space for two winners, in the end both parties will make it appear that the solution was a win-win solution (although someone will have lost).

Thank You!

If only it was a situation...
There is at least 10 situations in this one situation.

The Government?
there's a president who doesn't want to preside and doesn't want to go
There's a cabinet who isn't sure if it's legitimate or not
There's a parliament unable to meet because it doesn't suit big chief.

Outside friends?
There's a neighbour who pretends to have left and is playing us against each other
The other neighbour stormed in destroyed and killed and left just as it came.
The super powers have conveniently decided to fight their battles
on this tiny land of ours.

The people?
Half of them have spent the last month in the streets demonstrating while the other half is happily and obliviously carrying on with life as if nothing.

The economy?
what the israeli invasion didn't finish we decided to finish and we are self inflicting our coup de grace to ourselves

so to recapitulate, there's this tiny land divided with a crippled goverment, no money and no friends...

And you know what? we're optimistic...we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, it is a long tunnel we've been seeing this light for the past 30 odd years, because we want back what we once had and we live in hope.
let's just hope that this light isn't a train.

i have were given a thorough idea: for the reason that Lebanon stocks no border with the U.S. (hell, no longer even a continent), we recommendations our own corporation and go away them the hell on my own. i understand they are undesirable men, besides the undeniable fact that it truly is no longer a valid function of the U.S. authorities to make the international a extra useful position. it truly is a baby's concept. study the structure. The federal authorities. is meant to grant for its voters a protection hostile to overseas invasion. no longer, monkey in middle-jap affairs for the sake of oil bargains or so as that Israel's ideal to exist might want to proceed unimpeded even as it truly is to absolutely the detriment of human beings. What should be executed about the challenge in Lebanon? it truly is for Lebanese to workout consultation.

It's been like that since 1942 so we probably got used to it so much that we don' want to change it, it will not change anytime soon, sure it will seem like it changes and problems are resolved (like smutty explained) but the problems will take another form then reappear again later.

We can change their neighbours. Instead of Syria and Israel, why not Japan and China. Hehe, just kidding.

It's a really tough one to solve, hard to find someone that is neutral.

If outside countries didn't interfere we would be able to sort out this situation.
