yesssss........i have been there many times... It is a wonderful and amazing city.
Is very cosmopolitan, the pple is friendly, nice, educated, and always you find anyone ready to help you if you are foreigner.
You can be walking by downtown and suddenly find some ancient roman ruins in the middle of the modern buildings.
So...........i only can say that it is.......great...cool... beautiful and friendly city.. I love it in spite of i dont live there

I was born in Beirut. and i lived there until 10 years ago.
I hav since lived in Boston, caracas and now Sydney and I still like Beirut best.

Well I went ot Beirut for education in the Saint josef University!! It's really the peral of the mediterrenean by its day life and its night life... It\s the center of the freedom of the expression as you can see nowadays...

I stay in Lebanon! I stay in beirut! have you ever been to ashrafieh? I stay there! it fairly is a fantastic country! And bypass bypass to the cedars! you will SO fall in love with them! bypass to Jeita! Wait.. bypass everywhere! Lol!
