Please, you need a dictionary.

The word is not infection, the word is pregnant.

Yes, you will get pregnant.

Now, go tell the young man it's just not a good idea, even if he promises to take you to the prom.

Technically: No. Health-wise: Yes.

You see, panties are just a piece of cloth that you remove so that when that area gets stained, you don't have to wash the entire garment, just that small piece. In other words, The jeans are still clean, you just need to wash the panties. This dramatically reduces the amount of laundry soap that you need to use. That is why panties were developed in the first place.

On the other hand, if you live in a warm climate and you wear shorter-skirts all of the time, then there is absolutely no need to wear panties and you can go all of the time with just skirts on and let your private parts air-dry themselves. If the skirts are relatively short then they won't take much more soap than washing the panties would have used. In the Mediterranean a large percentage of the women do exactly this and have been doing it for thousands of years. (It has nothing to do with sex or sexuality, just common sense).

In fact, if the weather is warm enough for skirts, then it is far healthier for women to go without panties as their private parts are air-dried out and there is less chances for bacterial infection when the humidity levels are higher in the summer. However, If the weather is cold, panties are much more healthy as it prevents freezing of those same parts.

My advice; wear panties and jeans in the fall, winter, and spring, then just short skirts and no panties in the summertime in order to let everything get aired out nicely. (just be careful bending over when in public places).

Don't wear shorts or pants without panties as bacteria from the butt may be transferred to the genital area and a nasty bacterial infection will occur!

Yes, you can get an infection from going without underpants. It's more likely to happen when wearing pants than skirts, but it's possible either way.

However, underpants without a cotton panel are more unsanitary than nothing. The cotton panel is necessary to absorb moisture and prevent bacteria from breeding.

No you cannot get an infection. For the sake of myself and the rest of the world please don't pull a hollywood ditzy blonde move and wear a short dress or skirt out in public without underwear and then get out of a car to reveal to the whole wide world your beaver. I don't want to see it or know about it, it is so trashy and YUCKY! Ewww snail trails.....EWWWW!

No you will most likely not get an infection. My friend doesn't wear hers most of the time and she's perfectly fine.

Yes. It's more sanitary than wearing them. The more you're able to breathe, the less chance bacteria have to breed.

UPDATE: Please check with your doctor before deciding to give me a thumbs down.

No, it's not very "sanitary". But it's a lot of FUN:)
