People are generally attracted to scents that are different than their own (this was evolutions way of preventing inbreeding). Hope this helps.

Humans have scent glands, just like animals. Ours are primarily under our arms, in the pits. Probably 5000 years ago we sniffed each other, just like dogs do. Some guys have really bad body odor from bacteria, so you can't smell their scent. Others, as you have mentioned, keep their bacteria in check, so the musky scent is their male attractant, which works on both males and females--just like in other animals. Males attract other males to locate them, and show dominance over them (in cave man times probably for huimans), attract females for sex of course.
There was a study a year or so ago where they scraped the sweaty underarms of guys, and put the sweat on test subjects, all women--and put it on their upper lip. They were all turned on.

Ideally, get rid of your smelly bacteria by washing with a good soap. Let the suds sit for a few minutes, to kill those boogers. Just swiping the bar under your arm and immediately rinsing doesn't do the job.

As far as being turned on by other guys' scent, perfectly normal, though few will admit to it. I've been told by women that I smell good, never wear any cologne stuff, and surprisingly when I was in a volunteer fire dept, a couple fo the guys said the same thing after we'd all lost 5 pounds of water weight fighting a fire. Some of them you could smell a mile a way, though!

remove the armpit hair. once you perspire, the armpit hair will scent bitter. in case you note your deodorant ON right of the hair, it does not attain the floor to do the pastime it really is designed to do. Shave or clip the armpit hair & once you note deodorant, confirm you rub it INTO the floor so that's going to artwork. placed on cotton outfits, Cotton breathes & lets air get to the floor. Nylon, Jersey or Polyester form cloth does not breathe & makes you sweat. do not hug your body so tightly. carry your palms about 2 inches far flung out of your body so air can bypass round your armpits.

Arm pits are where humans set off a scent to attract their mate. We don't smell it nearly as well as animals do. That is why animals come for miles just from the scent of their mates.

I think its the type of food that determines the smell of the sweat.

I think the ones who "smell good" have on deodorant and the ones who don't smell so pleasant don't.
